“Items were sent out with quick notice and delivered in perfect time, especially this close to Christmas. Items we packaged nicely and even came with a small free bag of sweets which was a nice touch.”

“I placed an order on the 29th of November for two bags of different sizes. When the package arrived on the 5th of December, I discovered they had sent two of the same small bags. I contacted customer service immediately. Initially, they were helpful and asked me to return the incorrect bag, promising to send the right size straight away once they received it. I did exactly as asked, yet here we are on the 15th of December, and I still do not have my item. When I contacted them again today, I was simply told the information would be passed to the "web team," which was not helpful at all. This was not my mistake- I paid for these items- yet I have been waiting over two weeks and still only have half my order. If I had known how terrible this experience would be, I never would have bought from Fat Buddha Store.”
