“Ordered a shower tray that arrived quickly with a high level of communication - right down to the hour (even closer if you went online where you could see the location of the delivery van). Unfortunately the tray arrived damaged. My heart always sinks when I need to contact a customer services department so, I was impressed, overjoyed, ecstatic when my phonecall was answered quickly and the damaged tray resolved rapidly with a perfect replacement delivered in a matter of days and the damaged tray taken away at the same time. Perfect service, I recommend this company and will use them again, the customer service sets them apart from others. Many Thanks.”

Your order was placed on September 6 at 11:52 pm, dispatched on September 7 at 11:28 am and delivered by DPD at 10:02 am on September 8, 2026. So, your order was actually processed as efficiently as possible. We received your request to return the order on September 26.
