“Before I placed an order for a birthday gift,I asked the robot chat box if my delivery would arrive in the stated "24-48hrs".The chatbox never replied so I ordered later that morning as I still time.I received good service from Molloys until they gave it to Fastway Couriers and this went from bad to worse. In short, they didn't deliver within the estimated time, they didn't answer emails, calls or messages. The package could NOT be tracked. Turns out it is "dispatched to courier" in 24-48hrs. Molloys need to fix their Website and change courier company. This company passed my delivery address a number of times from collection to delivery. Very bad courier service. Staff very helpful in Molloys when I called though.”
