“I honestly can believe the exceptional customer service I received! From an email to the pretty little card and note in my order, was just above and beyond!! “Nice design of boot,rather than one block colour,quite light in weight,Can't see them lasting for years,I have leather boots,comparing with these , vegan leather feels a tad plasticky,I am a size 6,with a narrow foot,found them to be slightly wide,suit a wider foot,Put insoles in to try and remedy it.I got the boots on sale,to be truthful l definitely wouldn't of paid full price,Still would of liked them cheaper when l received them,Plus points,came well boxed nice presentation,Takes pride in his craft,My opinion, obviously everyone's will be different,thanks.”

I rang up to see if I could do an exchange but was told I had to send them back (paying postage) and then order the next size down for which I would have to pay postage. So 3 lots of postage. Hello, I'm sorry that you've felt the need to leave us a negative review. All of our returns information can be found on the website with a link from the main menu, the footer menu, the individual product page and at the checkout. It's simply untrue that you were asked pay postage on your initial order and/or that you would have had to pay 3 lots of postage. You'll be able to see on your order confirmation that you had 'Free UK Delivery' and would have also had free UK delivery when ordering a replacement size, although this size was no longer available when you submitted your return request. We offer an easy and convenient returns service and are able to provide our UK customers with the option of a tracked and insured digital returns label (£3 at time of publishing). As you've experienced, we also ensure that returns are dealt with incredibly quickly (often on the same day) and I'd invite you to take a look at our many customer reviews that make reference to this. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Having dealt with your query personally, I really don't follow. You sent in an email on April 4th indicating that you encountered a problem using our returns process. I replied within 24 hours with some recommendations and didn't hear from you again. However, I can see that you then quickly managed to initiate the return and were promptly refunded when the boots arrived back with us. “My order arrived very promptly, unfortunately the shoes didn't fit and I had to return them 😢. This was no problem the returns process was very easy and the refund was in my account within a week. All in all very efficient.”
