I have no idea as to how I came to order a pair of shoes from your shop, but the help in sorting out my confusion was very kindly and efficiently solved by the staff of both your Prestatyn and Rhos on Sea shops.
Exchonging the shoes for a larger size was no problem, though I found that having to receive a refund before I could re-order another pair was unweildy.
