I ordered a pair of sketcher sandals (paying postage) sizing down, but they were far too big. I rang up to see if I could do an exchange but was told I had to send them back (paying postage) and then order the next size down for which I would have to pay postage. So 3 lots of postage. I shan’t be ordering from here again.
