“Banana tune Spa Fairfield, absolutely beautiful location for a relaxing afternoon. I’ve been a couple of time before and it was a bit busier this time (Friday afternoon) so it was harder to find a lounger by the pool. Slight mix up with the treatments so I got an arm massage instead of a back massage but still relaxing and the Elmis products used were very nice. Definitely worth another visit sometime soon”

“Highly recommend visiting the Falkirk location! The team there is incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly. Every time we've visited, we've been greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. Their communication skills are top-notch, and they always make sure you’re comfortable and well-informed. We've been twice now and will definitely be returning—largely because of the outstanding professionalism and customer care they provide. You leave feeling refreshed and well looked after. One thing I really appreciate is that there’s no pressure to buy products. They simply make recommendations and let you think it over, perhaps while enjoying a relaxing dip in the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, or sauna. A fantastic experience from start to finish!”

“My parents went as a gift and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and very nice facilities too. They enjoyed the water aerobic exercises, sauna, jacuzzi and massages. All in all, an eventful day.”

“Not been yet. Disappointing Couldn’t use the voucher to book into Burton on Trent, our nearest Bannatyne ‍♀️ so not happy about that. So 44 locations is NOT correct. I checked before l bought this voucher & Burton came up as available.”

“I booked for 2 ppl I gifted one so.my daughter can choose her treatment. Couldn't redeem mine. Then for some reason this was refunded?? I try to re-book but the deal not there Cannot speak to anyone. Just getting stupid messages via WhatsApp. Keep telling it not resolved but getting the same answer and u going to is credit 1 back on my wowcher which still waiting. Contacted the spa and getting know where. This was a mother and daughter treat for the week coming up to my daughter wedding. Been soo stressed that I cannot book a simple spa day for 2.”

“Spa was lovely. Lucky enough to have had a sunny and warm day so we spent most of our time outside by the heated pool. The treatment of mini back, neck, leg and head massage was superbly relaxing.”
