“First appointment was cancelled last minute just as we were ready to go , only other appointment available was for 9.30 am on the 30th we had no other option than to take it. Before I booked the voucher I phoned spa to make sure we could have an afternoon app ,so we could use the facilities before our treatments . Very disappointed in the service back massage and facial were ok head massage was rubbish don’t think they know how to do one ! We didn’t really use facilities went in steam room but then realised it was pointless me having the facial so we came home .was offered a complimentary use of robe and towels but we had brought our own anyway for a corporate business thought customer service would of been a lot better !!!!”

“Booked 2 vouchers and the offer is good value for money but unfortunately for one of the vouchers used the treatment received was quite a poor standard.”

“Hi , I purchased the above very early I the year but have not been able to book any treatments at you spa . Always full and I am so disappointed , what a waste of money . Got in touch with the spa team who were unhelpful. . I purchased this for myself and daughter but could never get the same day . Of course you can’t get your money back either as too late . My voucher expires End November 24 I will not purchase again and having worked for the NHS Caring for orhers feel completely let down by this service . Julie Aldred”

“Absolutely loved it! If you’re looking for a private quiet spa then this place is not for you. However sauna, steam room and pool are all clean and well maintained, met a few ladies and had a lovely chat in jacuzzi, the lunches looked amazing Caesar salad delicious and plentiful and reasonably priced, even had a game of bingo in the cafe with lunch. As for the paint was amazing!! My therapist Ann was fantastic very professional, made me feel completely at ease and the massage was perfect. Will 100% be going back”

“Wasn't sure what to expect. We paid the extra for longer treatments and there were extra charges for towels etc. The pool, sauna, charging rooms were very rundown and toilets, well it took 3 goes to find a usable one. The treatsments however were wonderful! We went in as a couple. The therapists were knowledgeable, took personal care and we came out feeling great. We will certainly look at treatments again but won't be other facilities unless the place has a makeover.”
