“Our massage and treatments were lovely and the therapist that conducted the treatments was lovely and very good at her job however apart from the treatments we felt on a whole the spa itself was very limited the pool was cold the jacuzzi wasn’t very big and full to capacity so we had to wait. In the changing room I felt a little exposed as theirs not much private areas to change only two again had to wait. Not sure if I would rebook again”

“Very disappointed that the spa day was just a regular Bannatyne gym. There was absolutely nothing special about the surroundings although the pool, hot tub and sauna were nice enough it was not relaxing sharing them with usual gym members doing their swimming exercise. The treatments were good and relaxing with very nice and professional ladies but once they were finished we just went home as there was nowhere to relax. It would be good if it was made more clear on booking what was provided as the pictures look amazing but they are not a reality.”

“location is lovely warm drinks in the Bar and Bar area was comfy, treatments today were lovely but unfortuantely the pool was very cold as the boiler had broken that was very dissapointing i hope next time its all working, when i mentioned it at reception i was told problems occur .... i noticed a little sign telling us about the boiler as we left no one mentioned it when we arrived”

“Only one location available, terrible rushed treatments. Over crowded facilities. Dirty toilets and blocked shower drains. Totally unrelaxing experience”

“Was only able to book the Bury St Edmunds location which is not local to us. Only received 2 treatments instead of 3 as the ladies walked out of the room and left us. No seating available around the pool, or in the hot stone rooms. Toilets were dirty and staff were rude. A very stressful day and not relaxing at all.”
