“We haven't had our spa day as there was a problem with the booking system not accepting our voucher code, which caused delay. All okay now by booking via email.”

“Setting/location and treatment was lovely, though scalp and hands were a disappointment. However, the 45 minutes advertised, despite them saying "35 mins handson" in small print feels like a cheek. It doesn't take 10 minutes to walk 20 steps and take your towel off! Felt quite sales driven on arrival - to book lunch, get bag, book extra time. Free towels no longer included which feels cheap given the cost of day.”
