“Really friendly staff, well organised. Treatments were so good. We had back, scalp and foot massaged. So relaxing. Clean, calm environment. Relaxation room was just that especially on the water beds. Spa was not busy so plenty of beds available. Although the spa is in a gym complex, the spa was in its separate section and was quiet. The pool , jacuzzi, steam room and wet room were clean and Not packed with people. Seats around the pool to sit and read while taking a break from the pool. Can see rabbits on the green out of the window. We took our own robe, towel and flip flops due to negative reviews of price and sizes of spa pack. It worked well for us to take our own and saves money and discomfort if ill fitted robe or slippers. We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Cafe has nice selection of lunches and drinks. Freshly squeezed orange juice is so refreshing. Plenty of lockers in the changing rooms and no need for coin to open as fob bracelet given at sign in desk. You are shown around the complex and shown all facilities. All are available to you on your spa visit. Remember this is not a Spa venue alone like Cardon Park resort hotel it is a gym with a small but functional spa attached. For two friends wanting a little pamper day that is affordable this is the perfect place.”

“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the spa on Friday 5th July. My partner and I traveled 40 minutes specifically for a massage appointment, for which I had prepaid. Upon arrival and after completing the initial consultation, I was informed that due to my recent gastric sleeve surgery, I could not receive a massage. This information was not communicated to me at any point during the booking process or in any of the pre-appointment communications. Had I been made aware of this policy, I would not have traveled to the spa and wasted my time and money. Additionally, my partner was scheduled to receive three treatments but only received one. This disruption to our planned treatments caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for the massage I was unable to receive and a partial refund for my partner's incomplete treatments. I also suggest that the spa improve its communication process to ensure clients are fully informed about any contraindications or policies that may affect their treatments prior to their appointments. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and amicably. I look forward to your response.”

“The massages were very light and despite both of us asking for more pressure we both left feeling like our massages were poor. They also no longer provide towels. Previously I've had good experiences and felt like I'd been pampered and things were good value for money.”
