Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Lovely day at the Durham spa on 13th March 2025. Changing rooms are good, as we're the treatments with lovely Lauren able to make a slight changes to accommodate me. Pool was a bit chilly, but the sauna and steam room were hot! Jacuzzi works in bursts of activity, then delays. The delays could definitely be shorter as we stated to get a bit cold in between. The restaurant is only adequate. Still cold. The service is the same as 2 years ago, painfully slow, no sandwiches listed on the menu with a sign hidden behind the counter about soup and sandwich. Menu basic, jackets, sandwiches, salads, choc and energy bars and soup is tinned or instant, so I didn't bother. Considering it's part of a hotel, the food could be amazing and we'd pay more for it. Lunch was not a pleasant experience but should be part of the visit. Wish I'd brought my own thermos flask!”

“We went to Ashford which wasn't our first choice but we loved it . Nice pool and steam rooms , sauna and jacuzzi. The 3 treatments were disappointingly short but lovely . They were done in 45 minutes - perhaps even less . The robes were soft and fluffy , the relaxation lounge great though not enough light to read a magazine . There was no water in the treatment room area - unusual in a sofa where they usually go on about drinking water after a massage - so we had to find some in the cafe . We would go again at that price .”

“We spent the morning with a swim I managed to do 60 Lengths then steam room and Sauna finished off in the jacuzzi & relaxing by the pool. After some lunch we went upstairs to the relax area then we had our treatment & back to the relaxation room. A lovely day with my partner will do again in April”
