This is my third review, the two i sent have not been posted. This is unfortunate as a business one would expect that you post both negative and positive reviews. My experience with this chair has been awful, I wouldn't recommend anyone buying it, the chair is very uncomfortable

I wouldn’t shop here again. Wasn’t the best quality and colour was different as described on website. Was going to send it back but, It cost more than half the price of the item to send it back.

Delivery chaotic and 1 box went to the wrong address. Assembled 1st chair and 1 leg stuck out so assembled 2nd chair and all legs were uneven and it rocked from side to side. Have asked for a refund as the product is poor quality!

We Ordered a corner set of patio furniture, it said in stock, but a few days before th delivery was due we received an e mail to say it is now Out Of Stock, they had already taken the payment of £499 ! we then waited several weeks, when we finally received it is faulty, we are now trying to sort out the faulty pieces without much luck, the customer service is appalling you cant phone and speak to anyone the only way tocommunicate is via E Mail which is really frustrating, we have not even received an apology, i would never order from them again, we thought they were a good reputable company thats why we ordered with them in the first place but we are still trying to sort out the problems weeks and weeks later and it doesnt look like we are getting anywhere near to resolving the problems !

I Can not fault the Bar stools in the slightest, BUT the aftercare service is the worst I have ever encountered, I ordered 3 of these bar stools, they come to their warehouse in Boxs of 2, so the packer had to re-box 1 for us, on the day of arrival only the single stool arrived, Without the fixing Bolts/pack so was unable to put this one together, when I phoned to see why only one had arrived apparently the other two werecoming are couple of days later!! No they were wrong the courier made a mistake and the other two arrive the following day, still without the fixing bolts for the first stool,they said we will post to you, 4 days later no bolts!! Another email and we will send you another pack!! three days later still no bolts so I phoned Customer services spoke to a very polite lady who's understood my problem and said I will post out Recorded delivery and email you the Royal Mail Tracing number, which she did although the Tracking number never existed with Royal Mail another 2 days later and a pack of fixing Bolts has arrived Minus the Chrome plastic Ring is not in the PACK..... Give me Bloody strength Toaal Incompetence of some people, and so many Lies it's only a small thing but get it right... ,
