“Ordered on 9th December, email stated to be delivered by 19th. When it hadn't been delivered by 20th, I was fobbed off by customer service who promised it would arrive by Christmas. Guess what? It didn't. Still no response to my follow-up email. Will shop elsewhere in future as clearly unreliable.”

“I've had the same dining chairs from you before, and also a couple of tub chairs, and I've always been satisfied with the quality. On this occasion however, the quality was not very good. The back of one of the chairs has a deep scratch in the leather, so it wont be long before that opens up. The underneath of the seats have some sort of stick-on black fabric, which juts out right around the base. It looks dreadful.”

“Very shoddy item. A number of fixings broke as the bed was being constructed so the only way to hold it together was by using strong glue. This means that the bed can never be deconstructed or moved without causing further damage. I’d recommend going for a better quality item and avoid this one.”

“have just assemble the two perona bar stools cream very disappointed with the quality and shape of the stools as you can see (photo enclosed)the stool arms should be at 90 degrees to the back as on your web site they are way out when sitting in the stool you start to slide forward as if your going to fall off the stool I welcome your comments on the state of these two stools as I am not satisfied with there condition.”

“The desk is pretty simple to build and doesn't take very long to put together. Maybe i was unlucky but the pieces i received had some damage; chips and scratches in the wood. Otherwise i am happy with the purchase, the desk is sturdy and meets my requirements”
