“Purchased and office chair which didn't turn up. I had to call up to see where it was and was advised it had gone back to the depot damaged, and would be sent a replacement which also never showed up. When I called to cancel was told I'd have to wait a week to be refunded. Really bad service this day and age!”

“The chairs are very nice looking but appalling quality. The screws weren't long enough to attach the legs to the seats. Quick trip to Screwfix sorted the problem, but really? Wouldn't even consider buying from this company again. You get what you pay for ...”

“Absolutely terrible exp office chair nearly £100 stitching all coming away gaping leather seam, left message, pic, reported fault, phoned no reply, not good very disappointed still waiting for reply”

“Ordered 3 bar stools but one had parts missing which has rendered it unusable. I sent an email to lakeland to advise and did receive a quick response with an apology. I was informed the parts would be despatch [email dated 11th Jan]but to date 18th Jan have heard nothing more. If I had received the parts by now my rating would have been excellent even with the hiccup.”

“I was told that I cannot return the product . I didn’t like the quality and wanted to return , however I was told that they would only repair or exchange the item that too I have to pay the cost of picking up the item .”
