“I bought these whilst waiting to move so we were beyond 30 days return date before assembly. Initially delighted with the appearance of the chairs but they are of very poor quality. Not very sturdy at all and you can feel them move when you sit in them. After 3 weeks of being assembled I have had to try and hold them with wood glue but 2 of the 8 chairs have already snapped beyond repair. I guess you get what you pay for”

“Delivered on time but found the build quality average and item was marked when opened. No back adjustment so I found this too uncomfortable and had to send back. Position too laid back for a computer chair.”

“Having read the review re bolt length I contacted the seller via live chat and was told the problem re bolt length had been resolved, It has not. Awaiting explanation why I was given incorrect information and awaiting solution to the problem.”

“Has anyone had issues putting these together? We ordered 4 for our new kitchen tried to assemble two of them. Several hours later we gave up. The bolts are too short and won't grip when the base is put on the chair. Suck a shame as we really liked them”
