“I doubt if this will be shared but here goes. Ordered Zuma Grey Bar Stools on 06 Dec 2015. Money taken from account 07 Dec 15. Email arrives advising that delivery into stock, not to me, expected 30 Jan 2016. So, no idea when these items will arrive. No updates from Lakeland. Email ignored. Most respectable Companies do not take payment until delivery is confirmed but not this lot. Most respectable Companies put currently out of stock_ notices against a product on their web site if that is indeed the case. Now they ask me to review the product and I have no idea when I am to get these. If this is how customers are treated Lakeland, then your 5/10 "write a review" offer is pretty safe as I will not be back. You_ve got the payment, I have no idea when I get the goods! They are a gift and specifically asked for by the recipient so cancellation was not an option. So, as for ratings, Lakeland 1 Star, Bar Stools ?? Stars as it stands presently.”

“Good chairs but one of the wheels is missing and another part so I can't put it together and despite several attempts to contact the company have had no response to get this resolved”

“The chair is still with yodel three days after it arriving in aberdeen, I have been told by yodel that the chair will be arriving on all three days yet is still not here ! Worst courier ever”

“I ordered 2 black Tempo stools. Both of the bases had a dint in them and the seat has a bulge in it. Not very impressed.”
