This is the real deal! It’s perfect for coating calamari and other fish to give a crisp, non greasy result. I even use it to toss my steamed potatoes prior to roasting them in the oven with a drizzle of oil!

I recently bought this flour and its exceptionally good. I made a crispy batter for fried hake and pea fritters. It coats well, has a great texture and leaves little residual in the oil. Will buy again
