“I ordered 2 suckling pigs for a family party. They arrived exactly as promised and very well packaged. We followed your recipe for bbq, poaching them for 3 hours the day before. They were absolutely delicious. A real triumph. Thank you. I would 100% recommend.”

“Reversed seared a couple of Capricho old ribs last night, by God! They were good! and did some Galician Sirloin delicious. Six of us ate very well indeed. I love watching the flames on those ribs, takes only a couple of minutes after half an hour in the oven. Divine”
