“This is a lovely mix of white flour and seeds. I often make a wholemeal and seed loaf but this is great if I'm in a hurry so I don't have to weigh and measure so much. It makes a well risen loaf and I have also had fun adding a little dark rye and some Vistamalt to the mixture. All worked beautifully in my breadmaker.”
