“I am really pleased with this Matthews 8 grain flour. So far every loaf has been lovely, good crust with a soft chewey crumb. It's high in fibre with lots of seeds.

It works out great using either 50% 8 grain, or 20% 8 grain with the remainder being made up with strong white bread flour.
