Great depth of flavour

I use this to make great sourdough, using 70% strong white bread flour and 30% 8 grain. Sometimes I’ll do 60/40 but don’t have to change the hydration levels on a small batch. The 8 grain has an amazing crunchy nutty texture and gives the bread more depth of flavour than anything else I’ve mixed the white with. I’d highly recommend this and don’t use anything else, this is my go to. I’ve still to try making a yeasted bread with the 8 grain so can’t give a review unfortunately but it’s on my ‘to do’ list.

Excellent mix of grains resulting in a great tasting loaf of good texture. One would have to obtain stocks of many not easily to obtain separate ingredients to create a similar flour.

Love this flour! Usually mix with Marino 00 flour, higher % of eight grain to 00 and get great tasty loaves ! Lovely with honey!

This is the best bread flour I have used and makes a very tasty loaf, I usually add some Mathews Cotswold Crunch flour for a beautiful whole meal loaf. Very pleased with flour and Bakery Bits excellent service

This is my absolute favourite bread flour. It is delicious. The mix of grains gives it a lovely flavour and the texture is light. I sometimes mix in a little malted flour but mainly use it as it is. I make in my bread maker. Perfect results every time
