“Excellent flavour, great quality. I usually mix it with some whole meal spelt and maybe a little rye flour. Add some pumpkin and sunflower seeds and it makes a fabulous loaf of bread. It is often an ‘overnight loaf’ so minimum effort involved, who said making bread was difficult.”
