Not too successful with my sourdough bread BUT it makes the best pastry ever!! Wonderful in quiches, galettes and sweet pastry - totally yummy!

I have not had a chance to bake with this flour yet but have always had good results with T65. I thought I would try T80 for a change of flavour. Bakerybits have consistently been a reliable and amazing company to buy from and have recommended them to many people. Thank you

Very good indeed. Straight process gave a distinctive and moorish flavour, lovely mouthfeel with just the right degree of stoneground character. For this amateur, not at all temperamental or difficult to work and first trial came out really well with good spring in the oven.

Excellent flour which produces a tasty and crusty sourdough. I used to mix it with the T65 but now I use it on its own most of the time, together with sea salt, water and my homemade starter. The result is truly a delicious ‘proper’ bread.

Service, price and delivery were all excellent! Farine Biologique T80 is the best I have used in 25 years! I’ll be ordering plenty of more. And I live in NYC!
