i live in the united state and absolutely love these flours over our own grown flours - perfect for my sour dough bread! BakeryBits was able to deliver it in a few days and pound for pound price with delivery was cheaper and faster than buying our own highest quality flour and having it delivered

I love Foricher T80 - used either mixed with strong white flour in sourdough country loaves or in tart pastry it give great results. My wife also uses it for her biscuits, which are to die for. Great flour, even smells great from the packet!

I made sourdough loaves with this flour and they turned out wonderfully. Excellent flavour and texture, we are very happy! Assuming you’ve got your baking method right, make no mistake, it’s all about the flour!

This is a great bread flour which makes a creamy white loaf. It’s easy to work and has good flavour. Not quite as good as Marriage’s Canadian bread flour, but still a very good flour.

This is lovely, flexible, flavoursome flour, with a wide range of uses. But it's not white. Unlike white flour it is only lightly sifted, so there is a certain amount of germ and bran included, hence its high (80) ash content relative to white flour and its greater nutritional value.
