I use it mixed in with Foricher T65 to make my Sourdough Loaf and the T80 makes all the difference to the final taste of the loaf. I wouldn't be without it!!

A lovely flour. Highly recommend it. I mix 150g of T80 with 150g of T55 French flour and it makes a handsome small loaf. Good oven spring and pleasing golden colour at the end. I use 1.4g (0.46%) of Doves dried yeast with 70% hydration: then allow for a six hour first rise (with occasional folding) and another hour for the final rise. I bake in a B/Bs cloche. Great flour: well done to B/Bs for sourcing. Allan

I highly recommend this flour if you like making sourdough! Using Vanessa Kimbells recipe for Kefir milk loaf on pg169 in her wonderfully informative book ‘The Sourdough School’ it produces a fabulously creamy loaf & great crumb!

This was the first time I used this site, and it is the holy grail if baking is your thing. They have everything, including a fabulous range of different flours. It has reignited my interest in baking new things.
