“Booked a family room for 3, taken to 1st room with 2 single beds, then onto a second room with 1 double bed then finally a family room which was extremely small. Hotel smelt and didn’t feel clean. Man on reception did his best to find the right family room for us. Would not recommend or stay there again.”
“Service at reception and in the restaurant was prompt and efficient. Restaurant menu whilst limited appeared to be good quality and served promptly from what I observed of other diners, at a reasonable price. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because there was a distinctly unpleasant odour in the 2nd floor corridor.”
“Took us half an hour to queue for checkin and it was 11:30pm at night. Slow. Car park hard to find a space, and in the morning pre flight we were blocked in by a lorry and various taxis”
“Very conveniently located...we flew from terminal 2. Room nice and clean. Staff very good. Nice to have a chill out area. We had dinner and breakfast, both excellent. Would definitely use this hotel again.”
