“Unfortunately when we landed there was some confusion over our flight and collection time and we had to stand around and wait for 45mins. Not great when you’ve returned on a night flight from NYC and just want to get home. Very friendly and apologetic staff but not an efficient service. Disappointing!”
“Hotel is below average- our room was very basic with stains on the carpets. Our tv didn’t work so went to reception who were very unhelpful. In the end they just gave us a different room which wasn’t any better except the tv worked.
However the hotel wasn’t the issue it was the staff. All very rude and unhelpful. Deffo would not stay here again!”
“The hotel reception was very slow when checking us in. Our room was pretty disgusting…dated, not very clean and the corridor stunk of weed. There were only two pillows, we had to go to reception to ask for them because the phone in the room didn’t work. It took us a good half hour to get them. They didn’t do anything about the strong weed smell. Just a bad hotel.”
“Very busy with comings and goings throughout the night so didn’t actually get much sleep before my early flight. Bar was expensive. No early breakfast bag on offer despite offering”
“Hotel isn't great. The service was appalling, very slow and took 3 attempts to get correct meal out. This was happening as the senior managers has a meeting in the bar. Won't be going back.”
