“Easy to find and perfect for our needs which were a good nights sleep to break our journey before a morning flight. Room comfortable, food good although limited choice and staff we met helpful”
“We looked at all the reviews of this hotel and decided to take a hit and book the Premier Inn close by. Can’t say if it was a good decision or not but we slept and ate very well at Premier in!”
“Arrived in early evening and received our room key, only to find it wouldn’t work. Once we got into the room and sat on the bed, there was a huge dip in the mattress from what seems like broken springs so we requested another room. Thankfully we were provided an alternate room, but for most of the evening and early hours of the morning, the fire alarm kept going off every 20 minutes or so, which wasn’t ideal. All in all, wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t recommend or return.”
“Very convenient and parking included which was helpful. However, the room was tired - stained carpets, ripped sheets and the bathroom was poor. There was a blocked drain smell with drain flies in the bathroom, the shower leaked. The bathroom was stained and very much in need of a refresh.”
“Bedroom space although fairly large was very dated and signs (and smell) of damp and mould in bedroom and bathroom which was unpleasant.
Common areas in reception and bar area appeared to have had a more recent refit but extremely cold - people sitting eating in their coats and jackets. Staff very friendly and polite, however service very slow. Location to terminal 5 ok approx 8-10 mins.”
