“Good Hotel but I feel not really suitable for use with T4 Parking as there are much closer hotels available.
Did not enjoy the journey to the parking area on the morning of our departure as I was very unfamiliar with the area and nervous of how long it would take me.
Nothing against the hotel at all as it was very well presented with a good room and restful bed.”
“Clean and welcoming, nice food in Restaurant and the bar had lots of space. It was a bit tight for staff and the two servers vin the restaurant had to dodge over to serve drinks. It looked like too many managers and not enough workers. It was a v nice stay and welcoming staff”
“Hotel was clean, very convienient location (less than 10 mins from T2, but far enough not to have A320's shaking the room every couple of mins... couldn't hear a thing from where I was!).
Bed was VERY comfortable indeed!! Was way mor comfortable than Premier Inn's, etc... mattress and pillows were lovely! Had a great rest ahead of a very early start.
Great price with APH - def recommend with airport parking through them as it saves you the additional hotel parking if you book everything at once through them, and not hotel/parking seperate”

“Beds really comfortable, so for a place to sleep before flying it’s comfortable. However, staff were not particularly friendly and the general feel was they couldn’t be bothered (reception, hotel bar). The bar was out of tonic out of drinks and isn’t open after 11. Had to get an Uber eats as no facility for room service as “kitchen closed”! Get what you pay for here which is a comfy bed and conveniently close to Heathrow T5 but nothing else to shout about.”
“40 minute queue to check in on arrival, only one member of staff checking people in with no common sense process to speed things up (like getting people to fill out the forms while waiting). Fire alarm went off for no reason at half 6 in the morning, and several times for the next 2 hours before we finally escaped this place. Would not recommend.”
