“Nice hotel in a convenient location for Heathrow.
Reception staff were really nice, helpful and accommodating.
Wanted something to eat but the menu seemed a bit limited so went elsewhere.
Needed a taxi for the next morning , they booked it for me and showed me a list of what I should be paying.

“Tiny room, dirty towels and outdated former glory. Parking was a nightmare, there are many purpose build more modern hotels in the area. Murcure Heathrow not worth the expense.”
“Whilst it was just an overnight stay, the room was just about suitable. However as breakfast wasn’t included I thought it was overpriced. The food in the evening was adequate but the service very slow. (Probably would have been easier to walk into the local town for food. The breakfast as far as I am concerned was very poor and over priced. £15 for cold buffet breakfast, which as poorly stocked/managed. Then to add insult we were given paper plates and plastic cutlery.
Overall just needs updating”
“We used this hotel as a stopover for our flight, the room was hot, very small window based in what was like an attic. We were the first in the ‘restaurant’ at 6.00pm by 6.45 no sign of our food although others who arrived later had there’s. The burger was cold and carboard like, totally unacceptable. We refused to pay their prices and left hungry at 7.00. Never again.”
