“Unfortunately, the room we were given was icy cold. It was right at the back of the building and the temperature drop could be felt as we moved along the corridor to this area. The reception staff told me there was a portable heater and blanket in the wardrobe however, there wasn't. On my return, a change of room was offered but it turned out the hotel was full. A portable heater was brought to the room by which time I had found that the window wouldn't close properly which was adding to the cold temperature. Towels were brought by the housekeeper to place around the gap.
In spite of this makeshift solution, the cold prevailed and I tucked the curtains up around the window. The time taken to do all of this took away our time to have a relaxing evening before our flight the next morning. The room remained cold which meant sleep was interrupted. It did not make for a pleasant stay or a promising start to our holiday.”
“Service was slow and very inexperienced. Having to get served at one bar and then pay over the other side of the hotel for each round of drinks.
There was also and event on during our visit with incredibly loud music which ruined the meal couldn’t hear ourselves talk above the music and the guests spilling out into the potion area.
The entrance was covered in cigarette ends and litter.
Very poor stay, service and impression.”
“Reasonably priced accommodation for overnight stay prior to going to the airport. Room was clean and good sized. It was also fairly quiet considering its proximity to the A4. Nice to have complimentary fruit, water and slippers”

Staff were friendly and helpful and lounge and dining area was comfortable, spacious and clean”
“Hotel reception & bar area looked good, however that’s where it ended for our stay. Very small double, paintwork in need of repair, stains on the carpet & the worst mattress I have slept on in ages.Room & corridor leading to it needed full refurbishment & decorating. Booked as a package for Heathrow but would not stay here again.”

Our flight was delayed on return but one simple phone call and the car was there within 20 minutes
