I am very disappointed — Fed Ex just came to deliver the package and when they scanned it for me to sign for a message popped up and they said it had not cleared customs - and Fed Ex left with the package in hand. So I have NO product to speak of.

I wanted the like these grills but they did not fit was customer service is horrible, I ended up filing a claim and the wanted me to pay the $50 shipping back to the UK for something that did not work. Like I said there customer service is horrible and I ended up just keeping them taking them to a local welder that modded them to fit for the extra $50. Also the quality is sub par at best you will cut you hands no less then 3 times trying to install these razor blade grills and say good buy to your paint scratch city from the UK! I wish I never bought them. Good luck getting someone on the phone and email they will respond when they feel like it. Never had such bad experience with a company that sent me something that doest work.

However, after investigating this, I can see you were given two options, either to return the grilles for an exchange, or to have a refund. You did not respond to our email correspondence on multiple dates, as we tried to come to a resolution with you. Would not deal with Zunsport again. The 4th item I bought from Zunsport didn't fit well. I had to pay for a return. £10 to lose a customer......its not the way to do it Zunsport.

Purchased the Cayman 987.2 rear grill set and the manufacturing on these is poor. They are slightly too big so no matter how hard I try, they do not fit correctly into the rear bumper slots. I ended up damaging the paintwork trying to fit these as the clips that are supposed to hold them in place are cut extremely sharp and it would be a miracle if you managed to avoid causing damage when fitting these. Very disappointed.

Ordered a grille for a Range Rover dynamic got it fitted by a certified garage and both sides of the grille stuck out they tried everything but it was poorly made compared to the original. Contacted sunsport who put me thru to there marketing guy - waste of time stay well clear of this company. Could not be bothered with it so in the bin it went - RUBBISH

On my previous Porsche 992-911 4, the grille fits very well but, now, on my 992-911 Turbo S, the side grille damages the pivoting air intake wings. The Zunsport grille does not fit properly and damages the air intake fins. I will not recommend it over 992-911 Turbo S.

Sorry to hear that you have acquired damage to your vehicle. However, our grille sets do not interfere with the active louvres if fitted correctly. the grills were marketed as not interfering with the louvers on a 2022 911 TurboS - after many hours of fiddling by both myself and my service shop we found this to be a false claim. after install they caused a CEL with in 40 miles of driving when they impeded the factory

Got the grills in time. But the grills dont fit perfectly. One side was fine to install, the other one was a nightmare. A matter of a few mm but you pay for the quality and here, it wasnt the case. I should have fone them myself

Very disappointed from start to finish. I enquired which grill would for my 911 and was assured that the grill I ordered would be OK. After receiving and fitting the fit was far from perfect, a small gap at the top of the fitting caused extensive scratching and damage to my paintwork - there are a couple of youtube videos clearly showing this. I returned the grills and received my money back, however despite offering to show the MD how bad the damage was, he wasn't interested. Very disappointed with his attitude, I followed up with my local Porsche centre who did after rolling their eyes say it's not a Porsche product and it would invalidate any warranty on the car. Come on Peter show a bit of ownership, it's easy to post 'good' testimonials when everything is going OK - how about stepping up when you have got a problem and trying to resolve!

I never received my grille, it was stolen upon delivery and I have no heard back from Zunsport about how they're going to work with FedEx to fix the problem. So I wasted almost $200 to receive nothing and get zero support from the seller either.

The center grille fits my M2 competition. But the outer grilles was too big to my car . I wonder if it is really for M2 competition or not. I think it will easly drop off. I am very disappointed.
