Porsche front bumper grills ordered, did not fit correctly,tried various garages. high risk of scratching bumper if they don't fit correctly 1st time, only resolution from Zunsport, never had a problem before and send back for full refund. Not very profesional, but thanks for your service.

The front grills fit alright. However, I got the version for cars with ACC, and the cutout doesn’t match the ACC housing lines well, and looks a bit awkward. Not the end of the world. However, the side grill covers fit terribly. I’m afraid because one side is very close to touching a painted surface and the fitment makes them look really bad. And they don’t seem very easy to remove once installed. I’ll probably remove the side covers soon.

The figment on my Porsche was not great. Their customer support just said that’s how it’s supposed to be. Not helpful. Looks like a cheap after thought and comes with a premium price.

I tried once but did not manage yet to get my Zunsport grills installed. The manual does not explain crucial parts of the installation in detail and I had problems figuring out myself. While trying I scratched some plastic parts with the provided clips when I tried to remove them again since my installation failed. In my opinion the installation mechanism with the clips is designed for single use only, no intention of removing the grills ever. I think my installation was at no point "finished" but yet I am wondering how the keep-the-grill-in-place mechanisms should hold up against the impact of a stone and not just being pushed inwards. In my case only one plastic clamp with sharp hooks that bite into plastic parts of the car is supposed to keep a small grill in place on impact on one side of the grill. On the other side of the grill there is no fixation against being pushed inward. All in all my experience until now is not very positive although the product itself is of good material quality, very sturdy and shipping was quick. I bought a set for 22 911 GTS,fit was easy,nice product. Bought screens for a 992 turbo s, fits poorly. I told a friend, that has 992 turbo S how my GTS fit he ordered and it's very poor. Both of us have turbo s neither Zunsport fits well why the GTS was so good and the turbos's so poor puzzles me. After trying to bend it to fit I gave up.,

Product quality and fitment was disappointing. I installed the oil cooler guard and was not happy with the fitment so took it off.

Their product is good, but where they fell short is customer service. Whilst trying to order my product on their website, the price kept changing. I phoned them to clarify the situation, which they did not believe- asking for screenshots from my phone to prove the price I was seeing. I sent those screenshots. Did they honour that price ?.......no. Instead they kept telling me they were having ongoing issues with their website. Not my problem, so they should either get it fixed, or honor the price I could see.

Supplied a grill for my truck which is not suitable for it as covers front sensors, unfortunately need to return at my own expense

I ordered a car set of grills for my BMW 435d (one center grill with left and right outer grills). The center grill fitted fine. The outer grills had the inner mounting points fixed in the wrong position which meant they fouled the oem grill. Also, on the 435d (along with some other 4 series models) there is a small auxillary radiator behind the offside fog light so the plastic cover the Zunsport grill fixes to isn't fitted. Zunsport weren't aware of this. It wouldn't have taken much to make a set of outer grills to fit my car and I suggested this to Zunsport but they didn't appear to be interested. I sent the outer grills back and received a no fuss refund. A bit of a shame but we move on.

First time using this company and it took me a week to find my parcel had been sent to a wrong address. Eventully I found it although I did get an email from zunsport asking to confirm my tel and address. Would have been more helpfull to tell me the address it was sent to. Wont be using them again

Ces grilles sont une déception. Seules les 2 petites grilles latrérales supérireures se positionnent et se fixent sans problème. Pour les grandes grilles latérales, il n'est pas évident d'arriver à les cliper sur le spoiler et la vidéo censée aidée est tellement pauvre (filmé sans éclairage) qu'elle n'aide pas. J'ai pu constater sur plusieurs photos de client, qu'aucun n'arrive à positionner ses grilles de la même façon à gauche et à droite. Enfin, la grille centrale est un véritable cauchemar à fixer, je n'y suis pas arrivé pour l'instant. J'avais entendu beaucoup de bien de Zundsport mais je trouve que les produits ne sont pas à la hauteur (pas du sur-mesure).

Confusing web site led me to order incorrect part for 2021 718 GTS 4.0. Returned part and intended to order the correct part, but return charges were way out of line so I will not buy from Zunsport again

Hi George, Regarding your refund, throughout all communication with us, you were informed of the shipping price multiple times before proceeding to return the grilles. At any point within our communication you did not say you didn't want to proceed with the return shipping, and you then used our Fedex account returns label to have the grilles back here? Fitted to a 2013 Cayman s, the fit was not great, wasn't that easy to install. I've removed it and will be staying with the standard look.

Pas grand chose dire sur les grilles ,elles sont de bonne qualité . l'installation sur le boxster gts est peu plus difficile que sur le S .. En revanche déçu de service client ZUNSPORT qui malgré sa promesse d'être à l'écoute n'a pas daigné répondre à ma réclamation suite à la livraison déplorable de LEUR transporteur fedex . ils m'ont bloqué deux jours a la maison en me promettant la livraison avant 22h !!!!! puis au final ils m'annoncent la livraison un mercredi .... et me livre le mardi sans avertir mise à jour du 09/005 pour répondre à Géorgie qui a personnellement vérifié si ma réclamation existe sans toutefois la trouver ... voici les indications qui vous aideront peut être à retrouver trace de mon message De: Alain à: jane.langston@zunsport.co.uk Date: 28 avr. 2023 15:44 Objet: Pas livré pour le reste je confirme mes propos précédents . votre argument qui consiste à dire que c'est fedex n'est pas entendable. j'ai commandé chez zunsport pas chez fedex Quand vous choisissez un transporteur pour vos clients vous devez aussi en assumer la responsabilité . salutations

Bonjour, Tout d'abord, nous tenons à vous remercier d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser un avis. J'ai personnellement étudié votre commande et votre dossier, avec mon équipe commerciale. Aucune des équipes commerciales de Zunsport n'a reçu de demande de votre part concernant la localisation de votre commande, si une nous avait été envoyée, nous aurions enquêté sur votre envoi de produit avec Fedex. Deuxièmement, les problèmes de livraison avec Fedex sont distincts de Zunsport. Une fois que nous expédions votre commande, Fedex se charge de livrer votre commande. Sur le suivi de l'expédition, il est indiqué qu'ils n'ont pas pu livrer aux dates que vous avez indiquées. Nous ne pouvons que nous excuser au nom de Fedex, mais ce problème concerne Fedex, pas nous. Nous serions ravis si vous pouviez corriger votre avis pour parler de notre produit, auquel il est destiné, Merci, Géorgie

Install the grille and it looks fine in the beginning. After several weeks when I go back to dealer for some error code check, dealer said the error code comes from the active slats at front bumper. By removing the grilles and I see the damage as shown in the uploaded pictures. It's really sad that the grille would interfere with those active slats. And it takes about 2700USD to replace those active slats.

I purchased 996 turbo grille (set of three). All three did not fit correctly. All three, when installed, scratch the paint off the bumper due to poor fitment. Strongly recommend against purchasing. Rennline makes a better product.

The order process and product design and appearance are excellent. I am disappointed with the fitting of particularly the top radiator. The four clips are toward the edges of the top radiator grille and this caused the centre edge to bulge and not sit within the OEM grille (see photo), This could easily be addressed by adding a couple of centre clips spaced on either side of the Ford badge. Additionally, the top and bottom grilles need a 6 mm spacer at the back of the centre screw hole as tightening centre grille screws causes the grilles to deform and this can also be seen most clearly on the bottom intercooler grille photo attached.
