“Very disappointed from start to finish. I enquired which grill would for my 911 and was assured that the grill I ordered would be OK. After receiving and fitting the fit was far from perfect, a small gap at the top of the fitting caused extensive scratching and damage to my paintwork - there are a couple of youtube videos clearly showing this. I returned the grills and received my money back, however despite offering to show the MD how bad the damage was, he wasn't interested. Very disappointed with his attitude, I followed up with my local Porsche centre who did after rolling their eyes say it's not a Porsche product and it would invalidate any warranty on the car. Come on Peter show a bit of ownership, it's easy to post 'good' testimonials when everything is going OK - how about stepping up when you have got a problem and trying to resolve!”

“I received grill screens that are the wrong shape for my car and have been inquiring about a return or other solution but have not heard anything back despite repeated attempts.”

“I never received my grille, it was stolen upon delivery and I have no heard back from Zunsport about how they're going to work with FedEx to fix the problem. So I wasted almost $200 to receive nothing and get zero support from the seller either.”

“The center grille fits my M2 competition. But the outer grilles was too big to my car . I wonder if it is really for M2 competition or not. I think it will easly drop off. I am very disappointed.”

“Ordered a set of screens for my Porsche front and side grill areas. Shipping was fast but the box was bent in half/damaged by FedEx. Box arrived with no contents. I contacted ZunSport with no resolution. I ordered a set through RennSport and am waiting for Zunsport to resolve.”

“A week after I paid for my grills, I received an email stating the item was out of stock and would take 28 days to arrive back in stock. They shouldn't take the money if it's out of stock, very poor service, the website should indicate if the item is out of stock. I'm really annoyed.”

“Sent photo of car before purchase, emailed me back saying we have two options that fit to your car either tiptronic or Manuel , selected appropriate version, when received they were totally wrong not even for my model . So contacted technical dept? Asked for more images and still came up with incorrect version. Not best pleased as had removed bumper to remove leaves , debris etc from radiators before trying to fit said fitting grills.”

“Porsche 718S Font outer Grille set. Although they look of decent quality they don't fit properly. They are fixed in location by a small piece of angled sprung steel that doesn't locate properly and either the mesh falls inside the grille area or pops back out of the front again. I have followed the written instructions and viewed the video so I am definitely following the correct fitment method. They are not worth the £258 that they cost and I have a feeling I will lose one or two when car is in use.”

“Although I was very impressed with the speed of shipping that Zunsport provided, that is where the positive experience ended in my case. I attempted to install one side of the outer grille set that I had ordered and after more than 30 minutes of adjusting and readjusting the pieces of that single side to locate the proper alignments, I realized that the issue was not with the alignments at all. It was that this particular model of the Zunsport product simply did not fit well. There were large gaps in some places where the edge of the grille did not meet up with the intake in some areas, and places where the grille would have had to be flexed substantially to even remotely fit other areas, creating quite a bit of tension on the small, dubiously sufficient screws that were provided. I double checked that I had ordered the correct model for my car/year/features (as well as if that same model was delivered), and supposedly all was correct. After much head scratching, a few youtube videos, and the exasperated semi-yelling of some choice words that I won't say I'm proud of - I finally got the three pieces of the drivers' side grille in place as best I could. When I stepped back to see how it looked there was only one word that came to mind: "NO". Long story short, I will not be installing this grille set on my car. To further add to my displeasure with this process, I wrote Zunsport through their Contact Us links on their website to describe what I'd gone through and inquire about their return policy. It's been 3 days and I have not yet gotten a response (unless you count the email that I got requesting this review.) I've heard of other people having a good experience with Zunsport: Excellent fitment and ease of installation from the get-go; prompt and helpful customer service when needed. My experience so far has included none of that.”

“Nothing fits...I sent a photo of the front of my car and you gave me the part number to order. The side grills aren’t even close! The center grill is looking for a lip which isn’t there! I photos attached....disappointed!”
