Sent photo of car before purchase, emailed me back saying we have two options that fit to your car either tiptronic or Manuel , selected appropriate version, when received they were totally wrong not even for my model . So contacted technical dept? Asked for more images and still came up with incorrect version. Not best pleased as had removed bumper to remove leaves , debris etc from radiators before trying to fit said fitting grills.
