“First time customer, the store had some shorts I was looking for in the size I needed I’d never used zap before so was a little cautious could not ask for a better experience I ordered the shorts but forgot to put the discount code on, rang the stores phone number got through straight away and the lad who answered just refunded the difference straight back to me no hassle and the shorts came next day with DPD for free I will be using this store from now on 10 out of 10 cheers lads”
