“Although i had paid for next delivery the item was delivered on the second day even after receiving a message to state the next day delivery! Having said that the range of products is really good and of a certain high standard.”

“The returns process could be improved, as well as making it free you could make it easier by providing a pre paid returns label. Also the packaging you send the items in could be a lot better, I am having to use different packaging to send my item back because yours is useless once u open it. This all matters to customers.”

“I’ve always found ZAP’s content curation up to the mark as well as the competitive pricing. However, the customer support is a bit of a let down..the responses aren’t as prompt as some other retailers. Also, there is no signup bonus or birthday discount coupons like those offered by other boutiques. Hope these improvements come in the near future!”

“Easy to order online, confirmation straight after payment. Downfall.. they didn’t have stock of one item but still took payment for the item which I’m still waiting to be refunded on.”
