“This s hoodie is for my daughter’s college course. The choice of colours is great, and sizes are perfect. The material is soft and warm, good for cold weather. The quality seems perfect. The only reason for a point down is that the neck seems a little tight and could be looser. Because of the construction it won’t stretch much.”

“This is our second order with Yazzoo after our original supplier retired. The first time the t-shirts were badly creased and it was suggested that having them bagged individually will help. So this time we paid the extra for bagged t-shirts but they still came creased in the bags, perhaps not as badly as first time but it's not great when selling them on. The price is great and the printing is spot on but the product comes out a little shabby and disappointing.”

“I ordered one t-shirt for a particular event and it is the quality you would exoect from Fruit of the Loom. The printing is excellent. The only slight issue that I had was that I had to confirm the order two or three times before it was processed (some sort of glitch in the system?) so 4 stars and not 5.”

“Excellent product and service. We submitted our order at short notice, uploading our own design that needed a bit of refining! The final product was very good. The only thing which keeps me from giving a 5 is that communication was not too much nor personal. Dealing with a website alone really, the information on expected delivery was 5 days out from what it was actually going to be and that wasn't communicated. I only found out by starting a live chat and enquiring. To their credit, they adjusted the date straight away and it did arrive when they said but it just would've been nice to have been informed. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service and would use Yazzoo again.”

“Customer service is very good - always responding quickly and with good information and help. The website needs a bit of work - it takes a bit of getting used to navigating around and amending orders isn’t possible which is a bit frustrating. Finding the correct item to add to an order is difficult as you need to just scroll - you can’t enter a product ID and it finds it so you can add.”

“Great caps - well done. Delivery estimate said 4 working days to dispatch, but it was much longer in reality, not a huge issue for us, but something to be mindful of in future. Also item arrived crushed & postie attempted to shove it through letterbox as well. While not the fault of Yazzoo, hats could have been shipped in a box to avoid any potential squishing in transit.”
