“Children and parents, alike, loved the hoodies🙂both for the design and quality. I chose Yazzoo as there were lots of design choices, colour options plus they were price competitive. I appreciated the easy to use website and was able to share the order link with others for them to view. Customer service was great; always responsive. Delivery was received on set date - courier company provided regular updates. The process from beginning to end was seamless.”

“The clothing arrived on the specified date and looked as the designs on the website specified. My only criticism would be the colours on the website differ slightly from the actual colours of the shirts, however the names of the colours are more true to colour.”

Hi, I can see that you ordered some navy polo shirts. I have had a look at the colour on the site and the colour of the garment, and on our screens it's a very close match. I'm wondering if it could be the individual screen you saw it on that might be affecting how the colour comes out. This can happen sometimes. Can you let us know in what way it was different please and we'll try and investigate further. Regards, Rob

“The hoodies we had embroidered and printed were of great quality. Unfortunately the last bit of the service was messed up by not labelling correctly, which in turn caused a time consuming and another unnecessary process.”

Hi, I am aware of the order in question. I'll be honest in that we literally don't know how that has happened. The staff members in question are part time and aren't back in until Thursday this week, so an investigation meeting will be held. I know this doesn't help you out as it's already too late but I haven't seen this happen before and I certainly don't want to see it happen again. I am glad you are happy with the quality of the hoodies though, and apologise for the unnecessary time we have cost you. Regards, Rob

“the overall process was pleasant, the team at Yazzoo were very accommodating to my needs i.e i constantly changed my mind about things in which they happily changed for me, the delivery was promised to take up to 2 weeks in which they met that. The quality is fab regarding both jumper and the printing, and the pricing is not too bad especially for bulk buying, only issue is i asked for them to be individually packaged in which they weren't (not a huge big deal but the items were to be given to different people so would've been helpful and the names (that were being printed) i had asked for commas to separate them in which they weren't, again not a huge deal but overall the experience was great and would highly recommend,”

“From start to finish the service from Yazzoo was brilliant, both courteous and professional. Staff seemed to have a real knowledge of their products and always ready to help. The website once you've ordered is a little clunky (I couldn't view my order after it'd gone through) but this wouldn't at all out me off using them again as everything else was outstanding. Very pleased they use DPD for deliveries rather too as this is always my preferred courier.”

“The quality of the jumper was amazing! its so warm and is a new staple in my wardrobe and I will definitely order from here again! The vinyl print has stayed on and is very good quality! however my only issue is that the vinyl shows the texture of the jumper quite visibly, but other than that I highly recommend purchasing customised products from this website.”

“Pleased with service, bit of a kerfuffle regards payment, one small gripe, the lettering was not the size I specified, it was smaller, I did send measurements, presumably got lost somewhere! When I order polo shirts I will upload photo.”
