“Uzair Sahi has patiently talked me through a number of different connection solutions until we finally achieved a temporary solution. My ISP has provided me with a Router with insufficient ports to accommodate modern life with just two outlets. To facilitate a connection I had ordered a “Splitter” this proved to be incompatible as Uzair and I eliminated the connection options to find the solution. This required great patience and a number of photos to guide the process. At the end I have had to disconnect the burglar alarm while Uzair facilities the delivery of a comparable splitter. Hopefully this will address the problem when Uzair will repatriate my original phone number. Sorted. This was a good three hours work!”

“Using my own VoIP adapter, I was not succeeding in entering the configuration correctly, Uzair arranged to take control of my computer and solved the problem, finding the advanced setting I had missed, and everything then worked fine. Good service!”
