“Wych Bearings sales staff excel at customer service. Although clearly knowledgeable and totally professional, they have always provided a ‘personal touch’ by helping me to choose appropriate items for a ‘proof of concept model’. They have taken the time to listen as I tried to explain my needs - especially challenging for them, as I have zero engineering knowledge. I sincerely hope that the Company appreciate their dedication. They are as close as you can get to the personification of perfection.”
