“Good pricing and selection, but best of all, thanks to notes I'd put in the order, I was called to confirm and correct my order! Great service, very happy customer. Thanks once again.”

“Great company to deal with, especially when I had to return my original order as I had requested the wrong bearings. The help I was given to identify the correct ones was unexpected and very helpful. Bicycle headset bearings are a minefield at the best of times, but the guys at Wych really helped.”

“I’ve ordered twice so far from Wych. The first time round I knew what I needed, but with my second order I had some questions, which were very promptly and expertly fielded by the Wych team. That was a great experience, I’ll certainly keep ordering from them.”
