“Complete novice. No real idea of what I'm doing. Just have these ideas, that others say never been done before. As a result can't be done. However, Richard at WB understood what I wanted to do. Therefore what I needed and gave first class expert advice. Even called me back to say he had amended the order so I had matching LDK PHS8 rod end bearings. Kindly sorted out the small refund. The order arrived less than 24 hours later. Other bearings to be ordered, and will be soon. Can't recommend highly enough. Just a brilliant service!!”
