“Answered my call immediately, very politely and positively, from my first statement the reply was can do attitude and that they would search uk, Europe and Globally to get what I needed, this definitely gave me confidence in their ability, ordered Friday bearings arrived Tuesday so no problems there! Well wrapped and packed, invoice was clear with an e-mail of contract and returns, best bit for me was an e-mail immediately after order to see what you have bought so you have chance to change your mind if you have ordered wrong!!
