“Another next day delivery from the most reliable bearing supplier I have ever used. Always have stock of the various MTB bearings I use regularly.”

“Good service from Wych however the Endura 689rs bearings which I fitted in the cycle front wheel have become gritty after about a month of use which is disappointing. I was caught in a heavy downpour one day so maybe water penetrated the seals. I was careful how I fitted them only tapping on the outer race so a bit surprised to have them fail so soon. Maybe a bad batch, I don’t know. I appreciate Wych are only suppliers so I’m not blaming them”

“It is not what they sell that is important, but how they sell it. Great range of product and a very reliable and prompt despatch process. Over the years they have even given me a call once or twice when I have made ordering errors. I don't even bother looking elsewhere unless they don't have it, which is rare.”

“I need this ball bearing for my Specialized Stampjumper 15 Öhlins Coil (2025). Headset bearing. Specialized does not sell these bearings. They only sell 8 mm ones, I only found the 7mm one here. I was very satisfied with the communication, very fast shipping to Slovenia, but it is true that the customs costs were very high and then the total price is double. Otherwise, a recommendation for the seller!”
