“Misleading company avoid. Item was listed as bike bearing but was only suitable for suspension on a bike, so perhaps this should be stated.”

I’m sorry you’ve selected a bearing that was not suitable for your bike wheels. As I believe one of my colleagues explained on the phone there are different bearing types used on different parts of a bike. In the information section for the item you purchased it does say “Typical Applications: Frame Pivot Bearings" If there's any doubt in future please ring us and we can advise which item you need. “We are in South Africa. I requested a quote by email. unlike other requests to other companies that don't respond. They responded within a few hours. By the end of the day, we had placed the order and paid. Plus we received our notification that the parcel had been collected and shipping details supplied.
