“Customer service is amongst the best I've ever experienced. Upon buying replacement bearings for my hubs, my questions were answered not by email but by a very knowledgeable and wonderful human on the phone. A rare and very thing in 2022 and one that I am very thankful for. Bearings are fantastic too, well packaged and delivered in great time. Can't fault anything.”

“Another happy customer 🙂 Wych have a fantastic selection of high quality items available, from stock. The search system found me exactly what I needed and even gave me options of different quality, matching, components. The delivery came promptly and the bike is now as smooth as silk. Keep up the good work.”
