“I was trying to purchase a toothed drive belt for a bread making machine. The original was not easily available and cost more than the value of the breadmaker. I realized that the belt I needed was similar to belts used in industry. I then contacted Wych Bearings and with great help from the staff of Wych Bearing we determined which belt would be suitable, lenth and number of teeth but then I realized that although the original belt was 6mm wide I determined that I could fit a 9mm belt instead.. The result was that I could purchase a better stronger wider drive belt for a fraction of the cost of a drive belt from America. I would not have been able to do this without the help and cooperation of the staff of Wych. It took several phone calls between us to determine which belt would suit and I received nothing but genuine help throughout the process from the two people I dealt with. I wish I could put more business their way but unfortunately I can not because I am retired now. The result of the help I received is that I do have a very happy daughter who now has a fully working bread maker with much better reliability. Than you Keith Gardner”
