Although clearly knowledgeable and totally professional, they have always provided a ‘personal touch’ by helping me to choose appropriate items for a ‘proof of concept model’. “First time ordering from Wych. I chose them because they were the only ones that had EVERY bearing I needed and could do it all in one order. Ordered a wack of bearings for various bicycle applications. Had a question and e-mailed the company and a proper answer was in my inbox the next afternoon. Bearings came in a timely manner (Get what you pay for, I paid the minimum and took 2 weeks regular mail to Canada. No seller can be held accountable for the snail mail ;)) Bearings were all there in manufacturers packaging and as described. The package was marked appropriately so as to not get hung up on unnecessary duties crossing the border. Bookmarked Wych in place of my regular bearing supplier. A great business! Charlie B”
